The Third Sunday after Pentecost

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
- Saint Paul to the Galatians

The Collect

Keep, O Lord, your household the Church in your steadfast faith and love, that through your grace we may proclaim your truth with boldness, and minister your justice with compassion; for the sake of our Savior Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

A Father’s Day Collect

O God, who raised up fathers to be guardians of the families to whom you have entrusted them: Make these men living examples of your fatherly love and bold witnesses of your Word, that families everywhere may be led to Your saving grace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
